1. ORDER PROCESSING


  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, there may be slight delays.

2. SHIPPING TIME


  • Standard delivery time: 4–7 business days across India

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service

3. SHIPPING CHARGES


  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout

  • We may offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions

4. ORDER TRACKING


  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/email

  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website

5. DELIVERY ISSUES


  • Please ensure your address and contact details are correct

  • Fabricity is not responsible for delays due to incorrect address or customer unavailability

  • If a package is returned due to failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply

6. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS


  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with proper unboxing video proof

  • We will assist you with a replacement or resolution

  • Fabricity is not liable for lost packages marked as delivered by courier partners

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE MAKING A PURCHASE

At Fabricity.Co, we deal in unstitched fabrics, and due to the nature of the product, returns are limited and subject to the conditions below.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

We accept returns only if:


  • You received a damaged product

  • You received a wrong product

To be eligible:


  • You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory as proof

  • The fabric must be unused, uncut, and in original condition

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns in the following cases:


  • Change of mind

  • Color difference due to screen settings

  • Minor variation in texture or weave

  • Fabric already cut, stitched, or used

3. RETURN PROCESS

4. REFUNDS


  • Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned product

  • Refund amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

5. EXCHANGE POLICY


  • Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or incorrect products

  • Subject to product availability

6. CANCELLATION POLICY


  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

7. IMPORTANT NOTE

As we deal in premium unstitched fabrics, slight variations in color, texture, or weave are natural and not considered defects.
